I should mention that the county wanted to clear & widen the road in the 1990's. they were useing. a back hoe with a chain wrapped around the post to pull the post out of the ground. I hear a racked by the road and go an investigate, told them about all the concrete holding my post in the ground so they dug it out. They said they would give me a wider area off the road for my box as you can see by the picture it is. They also dug me a hole to put my box and post back into when they finished up.
