Is eating flowers just as healthy as eating veggies?

Wow...Claudine when dandelion is roasted it has a similar taste to coffee and you just add a sweetener of your choice...i usually take mine with milk...it tastes pretty good.

I understand I heard about dandelion coffee, I thought that maybe dandelion tea is something different. Either way, I'll definitely give it a try

I definitely will! Unfortunately, I have to wait till spring. Right now my garden is gray, wet and not very alive. It looks so sad. I noticed a few dandelions there, but I doubt if I can make coffee from them.
