If one of them is in a really striking zone for hard cold winter wind, you can put stakes around that one, and run a hunk of burlap around the stake, giving them a little protection. But if that one is an Annabelle, then do not worry about the cold winter wind, my Annabelle is on the hard windy side and keeps coming back, bigger and bigger each year. I have in fact made three babies from it, which are successful in other parts of my gardens.

BTW, the Annabelle is the one in the pic against the gray house, under the open window. been there about 6 years now, maybe 7.

Water well *once* every other day. If the plant is young like yours, it has a very high chance of getting a fungus or the like, which will put undue stress on the plant in it's early life.
