I have grown tomatoes for many, many years and I have to say that 2000 from six plants really doesn't fly. If its cherry tomatoes then I might by it but with regular sized tomatoes I think that is really not possible.
Good idea, but also drop off the watering slightly.Mulch them heavily to prevent them from drying out
30 beef type per plant is excellent. I didn't do that well this year. Maybe if this drought ever ends.....................................Depends one what kind you grow I suppose, 2000 tomatoes seems almost unbelievable unless you were growing sweet 100s, I think there may be a way to get 100 from my three plants I currently have being Heirloom beefs.
