Thanks blueeyes, the absolute best time is when the sun is just coming up, and all the webs are covered in dew. If you are not an early riser like I am, then start looking a few hours before sunset. When the sun is at full height it is very difficult to see them, and that's just the way the spidey's like it.@LIcenter Your two photos are excellent. I find webs to be both beautiful and fascinating and you sure captured the essence in your photos. Although I have captured many photos of spiders, I haven't been able to get a good shot of a web, as of yet.
