Sorry for this belated response. What I was talking about is actually the Water Morning Glory. It has a flower that looks very much like the regular Morning Glory.
In the market, it's usually sold in bunches like this.
It's very easy to grow. It can be grown in soil or just water. After it's basically a water plant much like hyacinth.
There are many ways to cook it. My favorite way is to cook it with dried prawns and chillis.
