YEP, its I that rules the kitchen. mine is a whole turkey, got a deal with grocery points etc. mine is in oven at 500 degrees for 30 mins, then down to 325 for 2.5 hours, not opening door at all till then, to lift lid and start the browning time, with basting etc. We should be opening gifts, but instead going outside to fuss with garden some. nice day here. Later gifts.
