Can you freeze green bell peppers?

Oh yes you can very definitely freeze peppers - which as peppers are one of my favorite vegetables and I always grow plenty of them - is something that I have done for years - in order to make sure that I always have a plentiful supply of homegrown peppers to last me through to the next growing season - I also dry them and store them in olive oil too

This is something that i have never tried before but since i always have an excess of green bell peppers i think i'll be looking into this method of preservation.
