Best time to dethatch?

What Electric options have you been looking at.
Im leaning to a smaller zero turn for about 3/4 acre of lawn.
Lots of turns and objects to go around..

I suspect I will opt for a machine that can tow a aerator and sweeper. I wish for a 48 deck as well. 52 wont make some of my secret shortcuts between bushes and fences but Smaller takes longer and I do not need more work. Recon could I get a deck under one of these babies?

You can fill it will sand, 1 ton, all electric.
