I eat them with melted butter And I like when they're very soft, so I always overcook them Just thinking about asparagus instantly makes me hungry!

One pound of asparagus came from a 4 by 7 foot bed? I have never tried to grow it, is that a lot for that size plot? I go through about a pound per week, so I might need a huge bed to grow it?

Apparently one can keep cutting for about a month. From this little patch I am keeping track of the harvest to determine the quantity.
