This is a wonderful thread . I love tress and ancient trees are the most fascinating. This is one of the oldest trees in Poland:

This is a heck of a tree (all the ones posted in this thread are fantastic) with a lot of history I'm sure. If these trees could talk, oh what a story they would tell. Of course, if the tree above was in someone's backyard, it would have been climbed thousands of times, over the decades, by every generation that lived near it.
