Monty (Gardener’s World’) calls potting soil compost, hence my post.
Toilet = loo.
Trevor Noah did a great routine on napkins in one of his specials. His friends said he’d need lots of napkins to go with his street tacos. Imagine someone told you you’d need diapers to go with your tacos.

Spanners can be OE (open ended) or ring, or combination if they have one end of each. Box spanners are something else, instead of a ring with small indents all round they are the shape of the nut or bolt head, six sided tubes.
"Even the Brits know what a Corvette is." Thanks to the Beach Boys.
We are starting to differentiate between camper vans and motor homes, probably because we only had converted VW vans in the past. but motor homes are getting more common.

Redback exploring his Gloria Sarah Titch of Strine (Glorious heritage of Australian language) adds yet another dimension, not heard "Spit the dummy" here, but we do say "No need to get out of your pram."
'Whipper snipper' is gloriously strine, what you hear is what you get, and 'canning' in glass jars really confused me the first time, that's bottling, which is also slang for avoiding a confrontation.

Courgette/zuchini which get out of hand do make a sort of marrow, but you can also get seed for growing marrows, which probably wouldn't be much good young. My missus makes a lovely stuffed marrow, split lengthwise, all the seeds taken out and filled with something resembling a nut roast.

Table napkins are napkins here sometimes, but also serviettes. I think it depends how posh you are.
