Already started spring project

I finally got around to making my wife sitting spot 5 blocks bigger today
i just set the stones on a sand base
the new plants are starting to grow

I'm already full of ideas for my winter projects, and it's not even winter yet

It felt really good out today when I got home from work.
So i just felt like moving rocks a little earlier this year.

I'm going to start by rebuilding a older rock wall I had made years ago .
When I buit the wall a had a giant Alberta spruce right in the front corner,
So I built the wall around it when I made it

The last few years it's just had ground cover and a umbrella Palm growing in the spot , so I went ahead and dug the palm up today

And started rebuilding the corner , by moving
the existing rocks

I will have some pics one day.
Today I cut out part of my old bridge and turned the end of it into my fire pit.
I am really liking how much better and functional it is now.
My yard looks better to me I'm happy

I got the new gangway like connection bridge done late today going down into my fire pit

I spent about 35 bucks on the redo I only had to buy one 8 ft 2 x 6 and a bag of concrete the rest of the cost was screws.
I used all of the old wood and lights and moved existing rocks to make the steps.

I'm still soaking up the changes its all good

Still at least two week ends before the concrete skin
My fingers are sore and i am ready to be done
