Mopped it up first thing, it's not come back in yet :)

No, got some windows to restore at the moment.

There's 3 of them, i'll repair the matching pair and keep the odd one as payment, which is good as I've no idea how to price something like that :D

Ah, Zigs, I can sympathize with the excess of rain you've had. Our hens' old coop flooded and we had to get them into the new coop where we had a raised floor.
The joy of wading through ankle-deep water, carrying grumpy chickens to another coop at 6:30 on a cold morning is something everyone should experience! My husband tucked a hen under each arm and came to the new coop door, I grabbed the ladies and set them on the high roost, and then they proceeded to complain loud and long about being rousted so early (forget the myth about "getting up with the chickens" since we have found they like to sleep in).
Fortunately the waters have subsided, the old coop has dried out, and the hens are back home and somewhat happier. However, they still look askance at my husband . . . .

Ta MG,

Can't get any soggier here without the whole of the West Country slipping into the sea :(

Waiting for the big cliff fall, it's cracked and will go soon

Chickens can be such tarts :D

It's kind of Darwinism though, when you see folk sunbathing on freshly fallen boulders the size of cars, they're just asking to be taken out of the genepool

That is some crack Zigs! Why don't the authorities blast it down and take away the danger? It's mostly sand so wouldn't take much.

Met a bloke who was fishing under the cliff when a sheep landed next to him. He thought it was dead, but after a minute it got up, shook it's self and wandered off down the beach.

Sounds like the UK is falling apart from all that rain. We had a bit of rain this last week, but it has dried out this week. Still no snow in the lowlands.
