Gee! I'm so confused. I put down E and Hampshire and it came up. BBC weather. The rain has eased off!

Been out transferring water from one butt to another. Changed my tops 3 times as I was drenched. But I think it has eased off. So happy as even my hellebores have had a good drink, which is rare!

As you have very likely noticed, the sun is setting earlier and the nights are getting longer. The autumn equinox falls on Sunday 23 September this year and marks the day when day and night are roughly equal length.

Good news! Going to be 21c on Thursday. The day is even warmer as I got rid of 4 demijohns for £10. He's such a nice man and wanted to give more. I never knew what to do with them. Given by ex and they just took up room. During one bargain hunt trip to Wilko, saw a man buying 2 new ones and asked son to find out the price - £8 each!:eek::eek:

He's a white person with rastafarian hair style, vegan and the bottles are for storing spring water!

So got rid of them and got more money for plants. :D. Now going to take more cuttings and need to buy horticultural grit!

View attachment 45186 View attachment 45187 Hi all
It’s a lovely sunny day here in the NE have been planting some white alliums from lidyl there is loads of bees and butterfly’s enjoying the flowers

Oh, crumbs! The temptation is rearing its head again. I have you and Perki to thank for!

What a beautiful pic and I wish it were me having that Honka and that butterfly. I can't sit still now. It's a bit abnormal, I think! But what a stunning combo!

Most of my dahlias are very disappointing. apart from the Rejman Firecracker, Polka, Crazy Love and Art Nouveau. Art Nouveau is now every big. The sun has come out and it is now GLORIOUS!

Will take some pic and I was so cold that I thought it was time for dinner and when the soup base was being brought to boiled, I realised that it was only FOUR o'clock!

Going to watch the penultimate episode of Bodyguard. Still, I like Line of Duty more!

05.00 Yes, it could be freezing in rural Hampshire! We have to put back the toms greenhouse plastic again.

Oh, crumbs! I was a bit too keen and deleted the real McCoy!

Very happy - see my latest project - live in hope - will have an oxygen tank in my bedroom in several months' time!

Explain yourself. I dearly hope you mean many plants?
