Not Sure about an industrial scale but wish it would stop raining now as have got loads that need to go in the ground running out of space :)

Must have been heavy rain. It's your fault - you should have shared it with us! Hehe!

A good 3 to 4 days of gentle but continuous rain will do the trick @alp:)(y)

Yes, 3 or 4 days steady and continuous rain just to soak everything up and get to the roots of my very dry border!

Sadly none today. Might go and get some free shingles or horse manure.

Morning , raining again here  wafting isn't working.

Sorry alp I forgot about the wisteria , cut back long wippy shoots to 6 leaves and that about it. Keep the growth you want for the frame work. In winter JAn/feb Prune back the shoots which were prune in summer back again to 2-3buds.

Thank you. I got that. Bet you're flying somewhere, judging by the photo! Hehe!

Any suggestion for Leeski's regarding her loooong-awaited agapanthus seed collection, before you fly off?

I would say unless the seed pods are bulging with seeds - you can see and feel it. Go and have a good look. Even though collecting them will give your seeds, you might have MORE if you can wait.
