Lori: I, too, have been trying to get my son to love gardening. But he's very strange. Tentative with his hands folded behind his back, as if he were a spectator. Whilst he drove me shopping in gc, he always looked at this iphone. I now implement no MacBook or iphone in bed. Started yesterday. I can see technology ruining or wasting a lot of people's lives. You've done well doing that.

Today, I am going to prepare my duck for roasted duck. This American said he need 5 days to prepare one.

It sounds like a nightmare. Have to blow air in between the skin and the body to separate the two, a bit of bathing, a bit of hanging, and a bit of roasting. I'm on tenterhooks.. Might make a mess of it. Imagine all the steam in the kitchen... I'm no good in the kitchen, quite unlike you, Logan.. So well organised.

Thanks alp, i practice a lot.that's a lot to do. I don't see how you blow air into the layers. How are you going to do it? I know with turkey, can separate it with your hand to put butter between the layers.

Yes, by hand or a pump if we can find the parts.. Apparently, I don't have enough time. Need to go out and get some stuff.

Also I'm on my tablet and haven't got an A2. Only have an underlined A and an A with two arrows, perhaps it depends on what you use

Upsy Daisy i have that as well. It's the bar that's above the box where you post. The A that's underlined gives you colour and the A next to it gives you the size. Try it you don't have to post anything to find out.

Thanks @Logan ....just had a go, can alter the size OK , and can get the colour palette up .....but doesn't type in colour. Will keep trying

Ah well done! I also need to learn @Zenji 's gif .. Once I copied a red heart and pasted on a post - a page of Greek appeared. I thought I had infested the page with bugs and quickly deleted it.

See the tooltip which says alignment, you can click it to centre it. I so want to find out how Rajesh manage to get hold of his vivacious gif! All these gifs are so funky.. Hope zenji will spill the beans a bit..

That's what worries me @alp ........viruses spread like wildfire once they are on your computer and then go on to infest others that you communicate with as well........so scary
