We've got about 4" in northern N. C. The temperature dropped into the low teens last night so the slush on the roads has turned to ice. It's time to fire up the coffee pot and the Kindle because I am not going anywhere. ;)

No snow here in Jax, but we do have a very heavy layer of frost all over the place, making it white everywhere. Every one was forecasting a mild winter this year for us. They were very, very wrong:cry:

The lowest temp here was around 28 degrees, yet much of my new Pineapple Sage plant is looking very very bad, suppose to be cold hardy down to at least 25 degrees. I hope it survives.

Thank heavens for Texas! I can't complain about our afternoon temperature at 52 and tonight it is supposed to go down to 48. We could be so much worse off.
Looking at your pictures and reading the temperatures, all I can say is things will get better, and for all y'all's sake, soon, I hope!
