Muncher Cucumber plant, whats wrong with the leaves? Looks sun burnt.

Anybody know whats wrong with my plant? The leaves have light brown patches with some holes.

I dont see any beetles or anything, but what could the culprit be? Sun burnt?
I also sprayed some neem oil mixture when i noticed there was powder mildew forming last week. Seems to have worked, but now there are light brown patches on some but not all the leaves.

I have been wondering the exact same thing about mine! They look very sunburnt or dead almost. I had the powder mildew then sprayed with dish soap, vinegar and baking soda due to the information I read online. Maybe wasn't the right mixture...? Can sun really harm the leaves, anybody know?
