I recently planted a bloomerang lilac tree. I have watered it daily and used Roots starter when I planted it. It did have some lilac blooms when I first planted it, but now they are brown and the leaves are brown/curling. I sprayed it with copper fungicide a few days ago. Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Agree with Chuck, think you've fussed with it too much. Just leave it alone. Let it settle itself. I have one down in the valley garden area. Been there for 6 years. Actually it was first up near the house, then I moved it. Truly did not do much after moving it. Some gardeners fuss to much with plants. If you observe any of my pics, or comments its rare you will see that I fertilize at all. Sun and rain, that is it.
