Kind of Fertilizers - Natural Organic or Chemical

If you had a garden that you are maintaining for the longest time what kind of fertilizers are you using for your plants in order that it may grow fast and healthy? Do you use a natural organic fertilizer or you are using a chemical fertilizer?
