Help me Identify my Crops Please!

i am trying gardening this year. i planted about 5 months ago, its august 28, and i cant tell what anything is! i found a squashes, and peas, that's it. most everything else i cant tell what it is. the video starts in a small patch of 50 vegetables i grew in the back, then it goes into the rest of the back where i planted ginseng. then i move to the front where i planted hops. and finally the very front near the street where i planted 50 vegetables again. did any of my ginseng or hops come up? or is it all weeds? can you identify any of the vegetables? if anyone can help i would be very grateful! thank you!
