Made 10 liter jars of Broccoli, Kale, and cabbage. Process was, cook, slurry, strain, pressure can at 15 PSI for 15 minute. I put the strained juice through the Champion juice to extract maximium nutrients. Pictures delineate the procedure.

Nothing but water added. Most vegetable juice basically has similar taste. I ingest for the nutrients.
