Window box ivies that can survive over winter (zone 6b)

Hi All,

I’m planning out my window boxes for the year and was wondering if any of you knew of a cold hardy ivy type plant that could survive over winter in my window boxes. I live in zone 6b, but the window boxes don’t get cover in the winter. I haven’t had a ton of success getting perennials to come up the next year except for Sedum.
