I just had a storm pass through with 70 mph winds and they decimated my sunflowers. They look so wilted and I’m not sure what to do. Should I water them heavily or leave them to come back on their own? Help, I don’t want to lose them. Some are over 7ft tall! Thanks for any help!

Wait until tomorrow morning and see if they are still wilted. If so then water them.
