Wild Olive Problems

I have a wild olive in a desert climate (Windhoek Namibia)
The new growth ends are drying out and I don't know what kind of problem this might be.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I live next to an olive tree,but yours is still small.. so I don't know,but maybe it could be fungus related? Are the roots getting enough water?
