White sap oozing from Vine

Quick question, my vine tree was recently starting to ooze a white sap from its branch.

I have never seen this before.

Anyone ever encountered this?

The place where they are oozing are places where cuts were made recently

What is the name of the vine? Many plants ooze saps when pruned, sometimes it's harmful other times it's not. We need to know what the plant is. If you don't know the name some pictures would help.
