I have 3 raised boxes for vegetable gardening and for the last few years the tomato plants are infested with white flies. They kill branches from the bottom up and by the end of the growing season the tomatoes are nearly decimated. It seems like the white flies winter over in the soil. I have rotated the plants from box to box to no avail and have sprayed infected areas with insecticidal soap. What can I do now before I plant next month and once I plant to combat this?
