White Bark Red/Yellow leaves

Hello, I am looking for some trees with white bark and golden/red foliage during summer and spring. Is there anything like that out there?

There are several varieties of Birch that have red/purple leaves and white trunks. Not sure if they will grow in Uganda, but they might in Nevada depending on just which part you’re in.
