The only time a special compost is recommended is for a hydrangea with blue flowers. In that case you would use 'Ericaceous compost' For the rest, regular compost is fine.
Yes that is fine. Quite honestly, you can use any and all of the composts out there. It's only makes a difference in blue flowering hydrangea's as what to use.Thank you so much. I was advised and so duly bought John Innes no 2. Is that ok ?
