When you just aren’t ready to say goodbye to a good bourbon

I know beets typically aren’t the best transplanting veggies (ok, taproot, but I’m calling it a veggie). But seeing as though these seedlings didn’t grow fast enough to be put in the ground before summer temps hit in Phoenix, I thought I’d kill two stones with one bird and have a reminder of a great bottle of bourbon I just finished off.
