When do I harvest potatoes?

We have planted some potatoes which are flowering at present. At what stage do we harvest - do we wait for the leaves to die or just the flowers?

Thanks, CanadianLori - we harvested some today, as the flowers had died. They could have been left a little longer, so you're probably right...
