What's popping up in my yard?

Noticed these as I was weeding the yard, never seen them before. They are very hard to pull out of the ground. Any ideas? Thanks!

Looks a LOT like Varigated Asiatic Jasmine to me.

Google it. I bet it's the same stuff. It's a great ground cover and it smells good too.
