These are our two wisterias on the back of the house, both have had the majority of the new blooms damaged by that sharp frost we had a few weeks ago. So instead of hundreds of blooms. we've only a few. The worst year we've had with these.
Same with this one at the bottom of the garden.
They will survive, but all we'll get this year is foliage.
A disappointment was the frost getting at the small leaves on this young Acer Palmatum Taylor
The branches are green so I think it will be OK.
I did look at many sites on-line with the idea of getting another, but everyone was out of stock.
In contrast this wisteria which is sheltered by the fence will not disappoint.
Nor will this relatively new white one on the garage pergola. Lots of blooms ready to open on this.
