First hyacinths

I've got half a Hyacinth

Our Fruit tunnel. I put some pots of flowers in trying to encourage bees to go to the blackcurrants at the back. Hardly any fruit on them last year

This looks better in real life and still got to cut the old stems off the lavender.

I have planted out hyacinths that we have had in pots over the years, and there is a solid patch of them in flower now, I have just added the three from this year. Smells wonderful when I walk past.
I was working next to the quince tree today, it is bursting out with shoots all over, a really vibrant green, it is all starting to happen now, not just snowdrops and Christmas roses.
