What's killing my Hubbard Squash?

Some of my Hubbard squash are turning yellow, getting brown spots and dying. Does anyone know what causes this?

Looks to me like it got too wet. What does the plant itself look like? Have you been getting lots of rain or perhaps over watering?

It is either over watering or you had bad pollination. What do the leaves look like?

The leaves look green and healthy and I do have a three fruits doing very well. It sounds like it may be bad pollination?

If you have growing healthy fruits then that is what it is
