What's eating my garden?

In the last two days I have noticed my strawberry leaves disappearing. The only problem I have had so far was tomatoe horn worms. See pics. Will these recover? How should I protect them? Deer or Rabbits????

Rabbits. Deer will eat more of the stems and most or all of the plants at one time.

Besides a .22 the only thing I have found that semi-works is called Liquid Fence. It's iffy if they will recover at this late time.
