What type of succulent is this??

Theses two succulents came up this spring in my sisters' neighbors' yard. (Obviously they were planted by the previous owner.) The neighbor is taking up all the plants and starting over with grass because they need a yard for a dog. Does anyone know what they are? And could they be transplanted? Was thinking about putting them in pots for my deck.

I think both are Sedums Kelly.
