We have this cherry tree in the backyard (we did not plant, already here when we moved in ~3 years ago). It has been growing nicely but it's getting a bit out of control and interfering with our mowing and branches/stems are getting very low. I would appreciate any ID (we are in Pacific NW in Willamette Valley) and how I should prune this. You can see in the top and bottom picture all the overgrowth around the ground. Thanks!
