What tree for front yard facing North?

Hi All,
I hope you are well.
What specie of tree would you recommend for a North facing front yard?
I have about 40sqm of front yard and would like to plant a tree or two but not sure which ones will like a shaded area. The building that casts shade is about 8 tall (roof ridge).
Please advise.

I was going to suggest a purple smoke bush, but when I had a check before posting it says 'Open, sunny position. Bit strange, the reason I was going to suggest it is there is one in my front yard. It has the house on its west side, other shrubs to the east, and a very tall hedge to the south because it is a north facing hill and the neighbour's garden is a couple of feet higher than ours. So well shaded, but it is looking great since I pruned it. The previous people didn't do things like that, just had someone in to mow and cut hedges every so often.
