What tree/bush for privacy?

Hi, new member here and someone with just about zero idea on gardening We are looking to plug a gap to add privacy for both gardens, we don't like fir type trees, and would like something that there is no growth around the main trunk to almost the height of the fence, with it then going outwards to fill this gap. Ideally we would like to buy an almost ready grown tree that can slot straight in there! We would love to hear some suggestions of types of trees that might work for us in this area i've highlighted?

A pleached tree would work well there.

Hedgehog holly (ferox argentea) would brighten the garden in the winter.
