What To Do With Flowering Succulents

Have had these for 5 years and this the first time this has happened. Not sure why and what I need to do?

I don't see why you need to do a thing. They flower when they are old enough and happy with their environment. No special care while flowering is needed, that I know of.

They finally settled in.
Enjoy them, you might even get seeds.

The only reason I asked, is I read it weakens the mother. I really don't want to lose the mother. Those got me to love plants. I do have a coleus problem now. Sooo many
