What plant is this? Maybe Philodendron or Pothos?

We got a beautiful plant as a gift. Unfortunately, the guest had disposed of the label, so we have no documentation.

Is this a Philodendron or Pothos? What Variety?

I would like to know which plant we have so beautifully grown here. Does anyone recognize her?

It is a Heartleaf Philodendron. It will grow almost anywhere with some light. Of course the more light it gets the better it will grow. Standard watering, keep moist not soggy, feed as you feel necessary according to directions on the label. Watch for general indoor pests and treat per label directions.

Oh great, so it's a Philodendron for sure. Not a Pothos, can we say that?

The difference between Philodendron and pothos is pothos has the crisp, shiny leaves with gold, white, or yellow markings or just solid green shiny leaves the same basic size and shape. Philodendrons have many different size's and shape leaves that are dullesh looking.
