This is Noni (Morinda citrifolia, or a related species) in the Madder Family (Rubiaceae). It is native to Asia, Malesia, New Guinea, and Australia. It has been used as medicine and food and is also a source of dye for cloth. There are a number of species of Noni with similar fruit, but M. citrifolia is the most commonly cultivated.
