I noticed the newer leaves are starting to curl and they show yellowing at their edges and some degree of chlorosis i think. The older leaves are ok to me. Please check images. Is that iron deficiency? Or there is another issue causing thos problem? I water it twice per week and it gets 6 hours of sun everyday. O recently added sone compost and i use NPK fertilizer once per month

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

Your Frangipani (Plumeria cv.) may have suffered from an nutrient deficiency. If you are now using a complete fertilizer, that includes some chelated iron, your plant may already be on the mend. Note howebver, that some nutrients such as iron are not transported well into older tissues. Instead, observe the new growth on your plant. If that looks healthy, then the problem has likely been corrected.
