This is a Staghorn Fern (Platycerium), a genus of epiphytic ferns in the Polypod Family (Polypodiaceae).
I'm not sure which species, possibly Platycerium bifurcatum.
There are 17 or 18 species native to tropical Africa and Madagascar (6 spp.), southeastern Asia, Philippines, Indonesia, New Guinea, & Australia (11 spp.), and Peru & Bolivia (1 sp., P. andinum).
Staghorn ferns are often mounted on planks of wood with sphagnum moss and hung on a wall like living vegetable deer antlers.
They can also be grown in containers of fast-draining potting media. Depending on irrigation frequency and humidity, they can be grown in bright shade, part sun, or full sun.
