What is this bug?

I'm sorry for the blurry picture. I'm hoping someone will recognize this bug on my tomato plants despite the poor photo. It shows up every year around this time as the tomatoes are ripening.

The only thing even semi-identifiable in the picture is the white stripe. The only bug I know of with a white stripe is a leaf footed stink bug. These bugs love to attack tomatoes.
