What is this and how do we care for it ?

This was a plant that was in our garden when we moved in , it flowers with beautiful blue flowers and almost lime green leaves , now it looks as if its finished but im not sure whether i need to cut it back , leave it alone .... help anyone !

Welcome kel. It's difficult to identify without a close up of the foliage. I'm guessing it is Ceonothus as it has blue flowers.

It's looking a bit sorry for itself and really needs to be moved from the cramped spot it's in, if that's possible without root damage. If you decide to move it I wouldn't trim the branches just yet.
