Gazanias I think....... If I'm correct they should close there petals at night or in poor daylight. The love full sun.

I grow Gazania. This is similar, but gazania has other leaves.

However, I can not confidently identify the plant. Perhaps this is one of the easiest kinds of zinnias. For example, as
Zinnia marylandica 'UpTown Orange Blossom' or Zinnia angustifolia 'Profusion Orange'. (???)
