The first two photos show a variegated Pilea in the Nettle Family (Urticaceae). There are 600-700 species of Pilea and both identification and taxonomy of the genus is complex and confusing. Your plant is similar, but not the same, as a common cultivar called Pilea 'Silver Tree', which may or may not be a cultivar of either Pilea involucrata or Pilea spruceana.
The third photo is Syngonium wendlandii, a Aroid (Araceae) native to Costa Rica.
As the plant becomes more mature, the leaves will change shape and eventually be compound.
